About The Position

Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of total patient care services during his/her assigned shift. Assist with scheduling, training, orientation and performance reviews of House Supervisors and other staff as assigned. Participate in coaching and counseling of staff in coordination with CNO/ACNO or designated Clinical Nurse Director

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
  • Five (5) years clinical experience and One (1) year Charge RN.
  • Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
  • BLS and ACLS.
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada
  • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patient.
