About The Position

The organization seeks one Lead Interface & Interoperability Analyst to provide senior-level technical leadership for healthcare interface operations, interoperability compliance, interface documentation and process improvement, document management, and small-team leadership. The role supports ongoing operations and active interoperability initiatives in an environment using Infor Cloverleaf, MarkLogic, and FHIR-based APIs to exchange health data with managed care organizations, providers, payers, and state and federal agencies. The contractor reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), Director of Solutions, and/or Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The analyst will manage HL7 and FHIR interfaces, oversee Cloverleaf configuration and operations, support CMS interoperability requirements and FHIR API implementations, and coordinate with trading partners and technology vendors. The role includes assessing and documenting existing interfaces, improving operational processes, establishing document governance, and potentially planning and supporting a Cloverleaf configuration migration anticipated within six months. The analyst will lead a small contractor team, review work, coordinate priorities, and report operational and project status to IT leadership. The technology environment includes Infor Cloverleaf, MarkLogic, HL7 v2.x, HL7 FHIR, AWS, Azure/Microsoft 365, Okta, Auth0, OAuth 2.0, SMART on FHIR, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and GitLab. Direct experience with specific platforms is preferred but not required where the candidate can learn them within a reasonable onboarding period. The contractor must pass a required background investigation; comply with HIPAA, CMS ARC-AMPE, applicable federal and state security requirements; complete security awareness training within 30 days of onboarding and annually thereafter; and sign required confidentiality agreements. Organization data and materials may not be removed, copied, or transmitted without prior written authorization. At the end of the engagement, organization property must be returned and system access revoked on the last day of employment.
