As a Lead, you will apply your critical thinking ability and troubleshooting skill to diagnose complex production issues at all levels. Build your career experience as you provide mentorship, support, and system administration of an interoperable solution that enables integration of clinical and business workflows across core clinical systems at Fraser Health, numerous other regional and provincial integration initiatives. Provide consulting support for all phases of project development, implementation, and system operations management. Support and enhance existing applications and environments. Provide mentorship to team members. The Lead, Health Informatics is responsible for leading and managing assigned projects, providing leadership to team members and applying appropriate change management strategies as part of a project. Provides advice, guidance, and direction to an assigned portfolio in the areas of knowledge management, and decision support; in clinical and corporate business areas which includes the development and implementation of application architecture. Provides expertise on enterprise-wide projects, serves as back up to the Portfolio Manager in the area of team leadership.
