With projected sales of $3M+ in the next 12 months, we are expanding our installation team and looking for skilled flooring professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship. We are currently hiring three in-house installation crews and are seeking experienced Lead Installers specializing in carpet, hardwood, tile, and epoxy flooring. This role involves preparing and installing flooring according to company standards, reviewing project scope, delivering high-quality craftsmanship, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and operating company tools and machinery. The installer will also perform measurements, communicate professionally with customers, and ensure projects meet quality and satisfaction standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional flooring installation experience
  • Experience leading installation crews
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable with physical work including: crouching, squatting, standing, walking, lifting
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Professional and courteous when working in customers’ homes
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites during the week
