We’re currently building three in-house installation crews and are seeking skilled installers who not only take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service, but excel at leading a team —setting the pace, ensuring quality, and guiding each project to a successful finish. Requirements

Flooring installation experience (Lead level)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work
Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes

Nice To Haves

Carpet Installers (pattern carpet, wool, residential carpet)
Hardwood Installers (hardwood, borders, inlays, stairs)
Tile Installers (floor tile, wall tile, showers, custom work)

Responsibilities

Serve as the Lead Installer on each project, directing the crew and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly
Install flooring according to company standards
Review project scope and prepare job site
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
Ensure every project meets company quality standards
