We are currently hiring three in-house installation crews and are seeking experienced Lead Installers specializing in carpet, hardwood, tile, and epoxy flooring. Our unique shop-at-home model allows customers to get perfect new floors without ever leaving their home. Our 400,000+ customers give us an average 4.8 star rating. That's a big reason why we're growing six times faster than our competitors. This rapid growth has increased our immediate need to keep up with demand by increasing the size of our teams. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional flooring installation experience
• Experience leading installation crews
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable with physical work including: crouching, squatting, standing, walking, lifting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Professional and courteous when working in customers’ homes
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites during the week

Responsibilities

• Prepare and install flooring according to company standards and procedures
• Review project scope and job details before arriving on-site
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every installation
• Maintain clean, organized tools and a safe work environment
• Properly operate and maintain company tools and machinery
• Perform measurements and basic calculations accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers in their homes
• Ensure every project meets company quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Leave the workspace clean and organized at the end of each job
