About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter professional with strong Personal Lines, SQL, and Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support experience. The ideal candidate will lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment. Strong experience supporting PolicyCenter applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely issue resolution is required.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support and Application Support
  • Hands-on experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter with strong knowledge of Gosu, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and configuration troubleshooting
  • Strong experience providing and leading L2/L3 Production Support for PolicyCenter applications
  • Strong Personal Lines insurance experience is required
  • Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues
  • Ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment
  • Support PolicyCenter applications
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Drive timely issue resolution
  • Monitor application health, logs, integrations, batch jobs, and system performance in production environments
  • Lead offshore/onshore support teams
  • Coordinate incident triage calls
  • Drive issue resolution across L1, L2, and L3 support teams
  • Support production releases, deployments, post-production validations, and change management activities
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement
