About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter professional with strong Personal Lines, SQL, and Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support experience. The ideal candidate will lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment. Strong experience supporting PolicyCenter applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely issue resolution is required.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support and Application Support
- Hands-on experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter with strong knowledge of Gosu, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and configuration troubleshooting
- Strong experience providing and leading L2/L3 Production Support for PolicyCenter applications
- Strong Personal Lines insurance experience is required
- Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent analytical, leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment
- Support PolicyCenter applications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Drive timely issue resolution
- Monitor application health, logs, integrations, batch jobs, and system performance in production environments
- Lead offshore/onshore support teams
- Coordinate incident triage calls
- Drive issue resolution across L1, L2, and L3 support teams
- Support production releases, deployments, post-production validations, and change management activities
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement
