About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter to join our team. This role involves working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations and enhancements, collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&C insurance processes and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
  • Strong experience in at least one module: PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
  • Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancements
  • Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes
  • Guidewire (any of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flows
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with multiple Guidewire modules
  • Exposure to integrations and system workflows
  • Experience working in enterprise insurance environments

Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements

  • Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution
