About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter to join our team. This role involves working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations and enhancements, collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of P&C insurance processes and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
- Strong experience in at least one module: PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter
- Experience working on end-to-end Guidewire implementations or enhancements
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance processes
- Guidewire (any of: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows and data flows
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and testing processes
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with multiple Guidewire modules
- Exposure to integrations and system workflows
- Experience working in enterprise insurance environments
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development teams on Guidewire configurations and integrations
- Support testing, UAT, and defect resolution
- Ensure requirements align with business processes and system capabilities
