About The Position

TIME Systems is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Graphics Specialist to provide electronic design and creation of two- and three-dimensional visual productions. The role delivers visual information and graphics support, including photography, video, media consultation, illustration, multimedia design, and graphics production. It also handles last-minute media requests and same-day deadlines, drawing on knowledge of Military Intelligence and technical expertise in visual information and graphics production.

Requirements

• TS-SCI eligibility security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Art, Visual Technology, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Adobe, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods in front of a computer.
• Occasional lifting of 25 pounds or more may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional digital photography for portraits, special events, and ceremonies, including post-processing, reproduction, and printing.
• Record video and assist with lighting and audio setup for remarks and special events, including post-production.
• Manage desktop publishing and pre-print services, document finishing and reproduction, custom design and artwork, large-format multicolor printing and lamination, and graphics projects using process and spot color.
• Create charts, graphs, posters, business cards, and visual materials for briefings, brochures, covers, and graphic layouts.
• Design digital, large-format, and printed materials, including posters, covers, book binding, document layouts, templates, brochures, signage, illustrations, displays, and information graphics.
• Respond to last-minute media requests and jobs with same-day deadlines.
• Provide graphics production support using knowledge of Military Intelligence disciplines, capabilities, operations, and force structure.
• Provide technical expertise in visual information and graphics productions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
