About The Position
A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Las Vegas. Your role is simple: talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates. No selling required inside the store — your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this can be a great opportunity to earn consistent hourly pay plus bonuses.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)
- Undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
