About The Position

X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to manage, collect, and qualify information from customers and prospects interested in X-Rite aftermarket service and training solutions. This role is responsible for achieving lead generation and sales conversion goals and will be located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of one day onsite per week. The specialist will contribute to the company's mission of providing complete end-to-end color management solutions across various industries.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including tools used to manage customer and prospect activity.
  • A high level of initiative, motivation, and ownership, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and move work forward independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

  • Complete outbound calling for X-Rite service and software solutions across multiple channels, with a focus on identifying and engaging new X-Rite customers.
  • Contribute creative lead generation strategies, including recommendations on call strategies, script customization, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Capture customer contact details and relevant business insights to accurately populate and maintain the CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Build new X-Rite customer relationships by positioning service, software, and product solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Promptly notify appropriate sales team members of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Proactively collaborate with the sales organization to ensure alignment and continuity across the customer journey.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of X-Rite product lines, service and software offerings, and training solutions.
  • Achieve annual lead generation and sales conversion goals established by the business.
