The role involves qualifying new and renewal prospects for the sales team using provided leads and straightforward scripts. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage high volume of calls.
  • Proficient data entry and computer skills.
  • Articulate and skilled at quickly developing rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to counter customer objections with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to engage in team collaborations and participate in training.
  • Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high call volume and SMS (text) in order to support our sales staff to maintain a full pipeline.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and potential interest in our services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with different teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall performance.
