About The Position

The Lead Functional Consultant, Public Sector is a senior, customer-facing consulting leader responsible for driving the successful implementation of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) solutions for Public Sector customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role leads discovery, solution design, configuration oversight, stakeholder workshops, testing, and go-live activities while ensuring scalable, product-aligned solutions that deliver business value. This hands-on role requires ownership of end-to-end functional delivery, leadership of customer workstreams, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills, enterprise SaaS implementation experience, and expertise in translating complex business and contracting requirements into practical solutions.
