About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Techno-Functional Lead Consultant for our Sunnyvale, CA location. This onsite role requires 3 days per week in the office. The consultant will be responsible for leveraging their deep knowledge of the Ivalua solution to support and enhance our procurement and sourcing processes. This includes configuration, API development, SQL query writing for reports and integrations, and handling critical bug fixes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities to foster client relationships and collaborate effectively with third-party providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Ivalua experience in a project role within industry or consulting.
• L2 or L3 certification in Ivalua P2P, INT, or SQL.
• Experience working on SQL Queries to build reports, fetch data and integrate (EAI) with other applications.
• Deep knowledge of the Ivalua solution and how to build APIs.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in SAP transactions.
• Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and their business value drivers.
• Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player.
• Strong will to pursue a problem, identify the source, and propose possible solutions in collaboration with other team members in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support and handle priority bugs/fixes for the Ivalua system.
• Configure Ivalua modules, including design, workflows, and callback creations.
• Build APIs within the Ivalua solution.
• Write SQL queries to build reports, fetch data, and integrate with other applications (EAI).
• Support project release processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify problem sources and propose timely solutions.
• Build strong client relationships and cooperate with 3rd-party solution providers.
