Lead Full Stack Developer (React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, Node.js, AWS)
About The Position
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring on behalf of its client for a permanent Lead Full Stack Developer position in the US, based in Madison, NJ; Manhattan, NY; Boston, MA; Aventura, FL; or Seattle, WA. The role is hands-on and leads the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned with modern engineering practices. Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents; sponsorship is not available. The Lead Full Stack Developer will lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade applications, build React and TypeScript frontends and backend APIs or microservices, and architect solutions on AWS. The role owns delivery from design through production support, leads technical reviews, and mentors engineers while collaborating with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 8 years of full-stack experience.
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on backend experience in at least two of Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong AWS experience.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, Datadog, and CloudWatch.
- Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience mentoring teams and providing technical leadership.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Strong engineering or product development background.

Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
- Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Own delivery end to end, from design through production support.
- Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Drive technical leadership and contribute to engineering and product development.
