Full Stack Developer (React, GoLang, Python, Java, Node.js, AWS)
About The Position
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Full Stack Developer on behalf of its client for a permanent US-based position, with locations in Madison, New Jersey; Manhattan, New York; Boston, Massachusetts; Aventura, Florida; or Seattle, Washington. The role involves designing, building, and scaling customer-facing technology platforms. The engineer will deliver end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend engineering, using modern web technologies, cloud-native services, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, a product mindset, and the ability to independently solve complex technical problems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Strong ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript experience.
- Strong backend experience in at least two of GoLang, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis.
- AWS experience, including ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, or CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Terraform.
- Experience with Jest, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications end to end, including frontend UI, backend services, APIs, and databases, using React, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs, gRPC/Thrift integrations, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
- Drive engineering practices for automated testing, security, observability, and CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and designers.
