About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Fullstack Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role focused approximately 70% on React frontend development and 30% on Java and Spring Boot backend development. The successful candidate will lead technical work in a distributed Agile environment, deliver enterprise-grade solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience.
• Experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience with responsive UI development and state management.
• Experience with Agile delivery and technical leadership.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, including stakeholder communication and team mentoring.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a distributed Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack application development and solution design.
• Develop scalable React applications and Java-based backend services.
• Manage and mentor onshore-offshore development teams.
• Drive Agile delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and production support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
