Lead Full Stack Developer with strong backend
About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to guide the overall technical direction of our projects. This role involves service development, implementing caching layers, and supporting API consumer migrations. You will also be responsible for reviewing pull requests, identifying technical risks, enforcing coding standards, and promoting maintainable, testable code. Additionally, you will coordinate with onshore-offshore teams, mentor developers, provide technical guidance, help teammates solve difficult problems, and support their career development. You will break down requirements into technical tasks, estimate complexity, identify dependencies, and help ensure projects are delivered on time. This role also includes participating in sprint planning, roadmap discussions, technical discovery, and prioritization of engineering work. You will investigate production issues, performance problems, bugs, and difficult technical challenges. Collaboration with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps, security, and other engineering teams is essential for coordinating technical work. Improving development workflows such as CI/CD, testing, code review, release processes, documentation, and incident response is also a key part of this position.
Requirements
