Compensation is $23.00 per hour, dependent on shift and may change due to business need. This role reports to the Area Manager, with the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations as the backup. Team members are expected to follow all standard operating procedures, report any concerns related to product condition or integrity, support traceability through accurate record-keeping, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.

Requirements

  • Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
  • Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
  • May be required to help out in other departments as needed.
  • Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
  • Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Accepting customers’ new inventory and managing the process of putting that inventory away and accepting it into the system.
  • Communicating arrivals and any exceptions received.
  • Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
  • Keeping the flow of customers products moving and the warehouse humming.
  • Ensuring the quality of each and every shipment and packing items correctly.
  • Working together with picking to guarantee that shipments are fulfilled perfectly.
  • Handling, storing, and distributing products in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
  • Following all standard operating procedures.
  • Reporting any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
  • Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
  • Helping out in other areas out of normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure operations are running efficiently.
