Lead Fulfillment Associate - 2nd Shift

Requirements
- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
- Willing to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
- Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company.
- Must be 18 or older.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience is not required. You will go through a 7 day training program!
Responsibilities
- Accepting customers’ new inventory and owning the entire process of getting that inventory put away and accepted into our system.
- Communicating arrivals and any exceptions.
- Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring the quality of each and every shipment as well as packing the items correctly.
- Guaranteeing that shipments are fulfilled perfectly and owning all responsibility around those shipments.
- Handling, storing, and distributing products in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
- Following all standard operating procedures.
- Reporting any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
- Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
- Helping out in other areas out of normal day-to-day responsibilities to ensure operations are running efficiently.
