Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience
- Minimum 2 years of computer experience
- Ability to reliably commute to Rogers, AR 72758 or relocate prior to start.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
- Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
- Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments
- Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate
