About The Position

Lead hands-on technical delivery for US pharma and life sciences customers, working independently onsite and coordinating with UK engineers and Value Engineering. The role focuses on discovering customer workflows, shaping them into feasible scope and technical designs, and delivering agentic AI systems through production and customer acceptance. It is a customer-facing delivery role rather than an R&D, product, or platform development position. The successful candidate will build and integrate agentic systems with enterprise data and APIs, and take ownership of evaluation, failure handling, testing, and deployment. They will guide engineers, review code and designs, collaborate with UK colleagues, and turn delivery lessons into reusable approaches.

  • Track record of leading a small engineering team or enterprise delivery workstream from discovery through production while remaining hands-on and accountable for technical outcomes.
  • Experience evaluating and operating reliable systems.
  • Based within practical reach of a named US pharma hub and willing to work regularly at customer sites.
