About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a Lead Forklift Operator at its Wilson, North Carolina Service Center. The role involves unloading and loading trailers and supervising dock workers. Candidates should have a good work ethic, maintain good attendance, work effectively with others, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, second shift, Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with pay starting at $20.37 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, less-than-truckload (LTL) environment.
• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced LTL environment.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Good loading and unloading skills.
• Good work ethic and attendance record.
• Ability to work well with others in a team and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
