About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a Lead Forklift Operator at its Wilson, North Carolina Service Center to unload and load trailers. Candidates should have a good work ethic and attendance record, work well with others, and excel in a fast-paced environment. The position supervises dock workers and involves reading manifests and loading and unloading freight.

Requirements

• Previous leadership, warehouse, and forklift experience in a fast-paced LTL environment.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good loading and unloading skills.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Good work ethic and attendance record.
