Lead Fire Alarm Technician
About The Position
Position is located in Sherwood, Arizona. Alarmtec Systems recently joined the Impact Fire Services team and is a subsidiary company of Impact Fire Services. We specialize in providing individualized attention to commercial, industrial and government accounts with complex requirements for Fire Alarm Systems, Structured Cabling Systems, Access Control Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, Security Systems, and Intercom & Nurse Call Systems. We operate out of our Sherwood, Arkansas District office. We are looking to hire Lead Fire Alarm Technicians to expand our installation crews. If you are mechanically inclined with a high energy level, available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, can be prompt and are self-motivated, then we would like to interview you.
Requirements
- Experience in fire alarm installation and/or service.
- Mechanically inclined and accustomed to working with tools (screw drivers, wire strippers, pliers, ladders, drills, saws, etc...)
- Must be able to take initiative and be organized to complete tasks on job sites as directed by an Operations Manager in order to complete work in a timely manner for our customers.
- Strong Computer, Software and Networking skills preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for customers and internal company needs.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
- Self-motivated with a highly positive attitude
- Willing to work a minimum of 40 hours.
- Must have the flexibility to work overtime and out of town when called upon.
- Clean background record with no Class A Misdemeanors or Felonies.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
