About The Position

The Lead Financial Planning Analyst drives enterprise-level financial planning and analysis strategy in support of organizational objectives. The role oversees consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes; develops financial insights to inform executive decision-making and resource allocation; guides cross-functional planning activities; and advances analytical capabilities across the organization. The position provides non-managerial leadership, mentorship, and guidance to financial planning and analysis team members.

DPR Construction is a private, employee-owned general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects in advanced technology, life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and commercial markets. The company was founded in 1990 and has offices around the world.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop enterprise financial models and scenario analyses to inform executive decision-making.
• Evaluate financial performance across business units and recommend actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and investment analysis.
• Lead process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within financial planning and analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning timelines and deliverables.
• Provide non-managerial leadership, mentorship, and guidance to financial planning and analysis team members.
