About The Position

The Lead Field Merchandiser plays a critical role in ensuring our clients' kiosks are fully stocked, functional, and well-maintained. In addition to the responsibilities of a Field Merchandiser, the Lead Field Merchandiser provides essential support to warehouse operations, assists the Warehouse Manager with daily tasks, and steps in when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple products with varying demand.
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to manage your time and tasks independently.
  • Flexibility to adjust to varying sales rates and replenish kiosks as needed.
  • Ability to learn and thrive in both virtual and hands-on training environments.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using tablets and performing basic data entry tasks.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with the team and build relationships with retail partners.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
  • Must be of legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to local retailers to replenish kiosk inventory and ensure machines are fully stocked.
  • Manage inventory requests using company-provided mobile devices.
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting on kiosks and report any technical or inventory-related issues.
  • Build relationships with retail partners, maintaining open communication.
  • Ensure kiosks are clean, well-maintained, and in optimal condition at all times.
  • Transport inventory from the warehouse to retail locations, managing logistics efficiently.
  • Use company vehicles to maintain and transport kiosk inventory.
  • Ensure kiosks are secured and merchandise is properly locked.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as logging activities, processing orders, submitting fix-it tickets, and recording time worked.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily picklist operations, including operating a forklift (upon certification) to manage and organize product distribution.
  • Serve as the backup for the Warehouse Manager during PTO or absences, ensuring warehouse operations continue without disruption.
  • Support monthly warehouse audits.
  • Provide general assistance to the Warehouse Manager, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and team success.
