About The Position
The Facility Technician at Oak Grove Recovery is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of the facility. This role ensures a safe, clean, and efficient environment for staff and clients, while supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Assist in budgeting and planning for facility improvements.
