About The Position

Product Connections Lead Event Specialists create engaging shopping experiences through product demonstrations inside Sam’s Club. The role involves interacting with customers, providing product samples, supporting event operations, and serving as a resource for other team members. Training and support are provided; prior demonstration experience is not required. The position offers flexible scheduling and part-time benefits may be available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
