About The Position

Product Connections’ Lead Event Specialists create engaging shopping experiences through product demonstrations inside Sam’s Club. The role involves interacting with customers, providing product samples, supporting event operations, and serving as a resource for other team members. Training and support are provided; prior demonstration experience is not required. Product Connections is part of Acosta Group, a collective of retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfort interacting with customers and supporting team members.
Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
Food Safety Certification is required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
