About The Position

As a Lead Engineer Tech II here at Honeywell, you will oversee and guide technical engineering activities to support the development and implementation of aerospace technologies. You will lead a team of engineering technicians in delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet project requirements and contribute to Honeywell’s aerospace innovations. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations by providing technical leadership, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating collaboration across engineering teams to support aerospace product development.
