About The Position
As a Lead Engineering Tech here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in engineering technical roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of engineering principles, project execution, and quality assurance processes
- Proficient in engineering software tools and technologies relevant to the role, including CAD software, data analysis tools, and project management applications to ensure efficient project delivery and technical accuracy
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in engineering projects

- Advanced degrees in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
