About The Position

The Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure. This role ensures optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all building systems while leading a team of engineers and maintenance staff. The Watch Engineer serves as the primary technical expert on-site and collaborates closely with property management and vendors.

Requirements

Possess adequate license requirements for the facility.

Responsibilities

Developing work assignments for each employee.
Handling special work assignments and trouble calls.
Adhering to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed.
Assisting in training personnel in proper operating procedures and techniques.
Enforcing appropriate safety regulations.
Conducting regular inspections.
Operating mechanical and electrical equipment, which supply the job site with power, heat, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation.
Possessing adequate license requirements for the facility.
Creating and maintaining staff scheduling.
Monitoring HVAC Systems.
Monitoring Water Treatment Procedures.
Monitoring Electrical Equipment.
Implementation and management of Operational Manuals and Logs.
Implementation and management of The Safety Program.
Implementation and management of The Inventory Control Program.
Implementation and management of The Preventive Maintenance Program.
Coordination of Work Order Procedures.
Coordination of Vendors.
Coordination of The Formal Training Program.
