About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. This role requires expertise in Go, Python, Java, Terraform, C2, S3, Terraform/CloudFormation, Lambda, and DynamoDB. The position also involves significant work with AI technologies, including troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and building AI agents. Experience with AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, IAM policies, roles, KMS, and secrets manager is essential.

Requirements

6-8 years of experience.
Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, Terraform, C2, S3, Terraform/CloudFormation, Lambda, DynamoDB.
5 years of troubleshooting skills including systematic debugging, log analysis, performance profiling, and incident response.
2 years of prompt engineering experience, including prompt design, few-shot & zero-shot learning, and tool use integration.
2 years of experience building AI agents using agent frameworks (langchain, autogen, crewai, MCP, etc.), memory & context management, tool use & planning, state management, LLM integration, evaluation & safety, and security.
Experience with Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, IAM policies, roles, KMS, and secrets manager.

Responsibilities

Perform systematic debugging, log analysis, performance profiling, and incident response.
Design effective prompts for different personas, tasks, schemas, and models.
Utilize few-shot and zero-shot learning techniques to guide model behaviors.
Integrate prompts to interact with APIs, Databases, and external tools.
Build AI agents using frameworks like langchain, autogen, crewai, and MCP.
Implement memory and context management, including long-term memory and RAG.
Integrate external tools (API/DB) and develop multi-step reasoning and task decomposition for agents.
Manage agent state, including goal tracking, actions, and outcomes.
Integrate common open and closed LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
Evaluate agent behavior, implement fail-safes, and ensure ethical constraints.
Implement security measures including input sanitization, sensitive data handling, prompt injection protection, scoped permissions, logging, and rate limiting.
Utilize AWS Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, IAM policies, roles, KMS, and secrets manager.
