About The Position
This role requires a Lead with a minimum of 8+ years of experience and a solid understanding of ATM hardware, software, and its architectural design. The associate will be responsible for developing test plans, cases, and scripts for ATM software and hardware based on business and technical requirements. This includes performing functional, regression, performance, and integration tests, as well as identifying, documenting, tracking, and retesting defects. The associate must be capable of identifying root causes of ATM issues and conducting first-level troubleshooting. A fundamental understanding of ATM debit/credit card processing, the backend ATM host system, security protocols, and procedures is essential. Basic knowledge of ATM application servers, database management systems, and third-party software, including licensing processes, is also required. Familiarity with ATM software deployment procedures (RLM or manual) and experience setting up the Virtual ATM application along with ATM Testing Framework Design or setup knowledge for regression testing is necessary. The role also involves creating, updating, and managing automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like UFT, Selenium, and JUnit, often in languages like VBScript or Java. Prioritization of tasks and timely completion are expected.
Requirements

- Experience in performing functional, regression, performance, and integration tests on ATM software and hardware.
- Experience in identifying, documenting, tracking (using JIRA/HP ALM), and retesting defects with developers to ensure their resolution.
- Capability of identifying the root causes of ATM issues and conducting first-level troubleshooting.
- Fundamental understanding of ATM debit/credit card processing, the backend ATM host system, security protocols, and procedures.
- Basic knowledge on ATM application servers, database management systems, and third-party software, including their licensing processes.
- Familiarization with ATM software deployment procedures, whether through RLM or manual processes.
- Experience in setting up the Virtual ATM application along with ATM Testing Framework Design or setup knowledge to perform Regression testing.
- Knowledge on Create, update, and manage automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like UFT, Selenium, JUnit, etc., often in languages like VBScript, Java.
- Expertise in ATM Technology Software and Hardware (NCR, DBO, and HYO).
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Various ATM Components.
- Proficiency in ATM Monitoring Applications.
- Familiarity with Ticketing Systems.
- In-Depth Understanding of End-to-End ATM QA Testing (Both Manual and Automated).
- Proficiency in Scripting and Frameworks.
- Proficient in SQL Queries.
- Knowledge of Security Protocols.
- Familiarity with ATM Third-Party Tools.
- Experience with ATM Monitoring Management and Ticketing Tools.
