Lead Engineer, Order Management
About The Position
Develop the technical approach for order management systems (OMS) and software. Analyze and design solutions for projects related to omni fulfilment, digital platform ecommerce migration, and client experience enhancements. Research, design, and develop computer software and specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Work with the business and product teams to identify business requirements, design, and development using IBM Sterling OMS. Analyze the business requirements and translate them into viable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and fix functional and performance issues in OMS to ensure a smooth fulfilment experience for Sephora’s customers. Work from home in the United States permitted.
