- Ability to meet our driving requirements (must be insurable by company motor vehicle insurance).
Responsibilities
- Inspire and guide a team of drivers, optimizing schedules and routes to ensure maximum profitability and top-tier customer experiences.
- Recruit, interview, train, and mentor drivers to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee vehicle inspections, maintenance scheduling, and fleet condition, working closely with our Fleet Manager.
- Conduct safety audits, lead station safety meetings, and promote safe work practices.
- Manage local permits, vehicle registrations, and airport transportation relationships while ensuring paperwork and protocols are handled promptly.
