About The Position

The Digital & Data Analytics (D&DA) Team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organization uses data, automation, and AI to improve productivity, identify CPIs (Continuous Process Improvements) and make faster, better business decisions. The team focuses on scalable, low-cost products delivered rapidly with AI. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, D&DA, Global Supply Chain Services, you will lead a balanced portfolio of AI and data automation projects. You will be expected to independently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from intake through value realization. The successful candidate will bring prior expertise in leveraging AI for digital, managing ambiguous business problems, and delivering multiple projects in parallel. To succeed in this role, you will need 5 skills – AI, project management, stakeholder management, stellar communications and prior hands-on experience with Power Platform tools.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required with a focus in Data, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience applying various AI tools for intelligent automation, analytics and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics, automation, and data platforms such as Power Platform, Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, Fabric, APIs, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Experience leading rapid digital, analytics, automation, or transformation initiatives from concept through delivery, adoption, and value realization.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, risk management, delivery governance, and benefits tracking.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, measurable outcomes, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across global, cross functional tech and business teams.
  • Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Coding in Python will be a big bonus.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience in a global or multi-divisional environment.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data access controls, integrations, APIs, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and scale automated data and AI-enabled solutions to replace manual processes, improve data quality, and accelerate digital delivery.
  • Apply approved AI, GenAI, Copilot, and automation tools to improve development speed, documentation, testing, user enablement, and solution quality.
  • Partner with business, technology, data, enterprise, and regional teams to deliver with AI.
  • Identify repeatable patterns, reusable assets, and productivity accelerators that can be scaled across projects and teams.
  • Lead complex digital and analytics initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, documentation, and value tracking.
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements, scope, milestones, success measures, risks, and delivery plans.
  • Translate complex technical jargon into easy to digest information for our non-technical audience.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, priorities, risks, budgets, external partners, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate progress, decisions, risks, value, and adoption needs through concise executive updates and strong storytelling.
  • Proactively conduct lessons learned sessions to improve ways of working.
