About The Position

The Lead DevOps Engineer is a key role within the SRC Team in the Application Services Division. The role is involved throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment, and collaborates with varied teams to develop and refine cloud patterns, CI/CD pipeline templates, application builds, automated testing, code scanning, and production deployment resources. It also contributes to proofs of concept, pilots, and the definition of principles, policies, and standards. The role helps establish frameworks, functions, scripts, and templates that enable consistent, efficient automation of SDLC and infrastructure lifecycle activities, reduce manual intervention and redundancy, and help teams benefit from standard tools and processes. Engineers work in small, agile, self-managed teams that emphasize standard processes and shared responsibility for quality.
