About The Position

The Lead Developer designs, develops, evaluates, and maintains responsive React applications, portals, and embeddable widget experiences for integration into partner platforms. The role builds secure, versioned, well-documented REST APIs and microservices using C# and .NET Core, and implements business workflows and integrations across embedded finance providers, partner systems, enterprise APIs, webhooks, file exchanges, and AWS services. The position works with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to develop schemas, queries, indexes, migrations, and reliable data-access patterns. It contributes to AWS-native workloads on EKS, Lambda, and batch/container services, using Step Functions or equivalent orchestration where appropriate. The developer creates production-grade tests, builds reusable and accessible UI components, and optimizes browser performance, responsiveness, and maintainability. The role participates in API and event-contract design, code reviews, pairing, technical documentation, architecture discussions, and secure coding reviews. It contributes to infrastructure and delivery automation using CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices; instruments services and user journeys with logs, metrics, traces, and alerts; and troubleshoots defects and production issues across application layers. The developer collaborates with QA on automation, test data, environment readiness, and release confidence, and with SRE/operations teams on runbooks and recovery procedures.
