  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards.
  • Experience on government or defense-related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain government clearances.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy repeatable UX solutions, including internal applications and UI templates, so programs can create high-quality interfaces rapidly.
  • Build, maintain, and scale reusable UI component libraries and enterprise design tokens, with framework architecture that integrates with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Create workflows for translating Figma designs, variables, component properties, and layout logic into front-end code.
  • Develop automated toolkits and self-service applications for heuristic evaluations, UX quality assessments, and Section 508 accessibility checks.
  • Create and maintain playbooks covering user research, design standards, accessibility compliance, and related topics for cross-functional stakeholders and non-designers.
  • Advise program managers and technical leads on design-to-development workflows, team resourcing, and UI timelines.
  • Work with active programs to diagnose and resolve complex UI/UX, front-end, and accessibility challenges; deliver technical solutions and feature enhancements, and share effective patterns across programs.
  • Establish standard practices for AI-assisted UI/UX tools supporting rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, and discovery.
  • Write playbooks and self-service documentation to help project and program teams use AI effectively and securely while keeping generated artifacts compliant and structurally sound.
