About The Position

Join GE Aerospace’s Military Combustion & Aero Technologies team to contribute to the design and development of main combustors for next-generation military aircraft. Reporting to the team manager, this role supports combustion aerodynamic design for turboshaft, turboprop, turbofan, and turbojet engines, from early concepts through analysis, rig testing, and hardware. The engineer will also help mature new combustion technologies toward product programs, working with Combustion, Mechanical Design, and Test Engineers and taking on increasing technical ownership as experience grows. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Employment is contingent on the candidate proving they meet the stated U.S. Person status requirements. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The posting is expected to close by November 3, 2026.
