About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dentist to join our client's practice in Lacey, NJ. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As the Lead Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients while also leading and managing a team of dental professionals.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing dentist
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficiency in dental software and technology

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop treatment plans based on individual needs
Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
Ensure the practice operates efficiently and effectively by monitoring schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques through continuing education and training
