Requirements

• Active Maryland dental license
• Strong comprehensive general dentistry experience
• A history of strong clinical performance and production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-first approach to care
• Confidence working independently while collaborating with a team
• A desire to mentor, lead, and develop other clinicians
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a genuine interest in practice growth
• The ambition to build a long-term leadership career

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead clinical provider within the practice
• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a loyal and growing patient base
• Establish and maintain high clinical standards
• Mentor and support associate dentists and clinical team members
• Collaborate with practice leadership on clinical and operational initiatives
• Help improve treatment acceptance, patient experience, and overall practice performance
• Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, and development of future clinicians
• Identify opportunities to expand clinical services and grow the practice
• Build lasting relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care
