Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Maryland dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum 5+ years of comprehensive clinical experience preferred
• Experience with implant placement and restoration strongly preferred
• Molar endodontic experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities
• Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional patient care and comprehensive treatment
• Leading by example through clinical excellence and professionalism
• Mentoring and supporting associate dentists in their clinical development
• Promoting consistency in treatment planning and patient care standards
• Partnering with leadership to drive practice growth and operational success
• Fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on quality outcomes
• Performing comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Performing crown and bridge dentistry
• Performing surgical and routine extractions
• Performing implant placement and restoration
• Performing endodontic therapy (molar endodontics preferred)
• Performing cosmetic dentistry
• Performing full-mouth rehabilitation and complex restorative cases
