Requirements
- Active Nevada Dental Assistant credentials required
- Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a growing, startup-style environment
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards
- Take digital X-rays and assist with charting and documentation
- Manage clinical supplies and inventory
- Train, coach, and support dental assistants as the team grows
- Help establish efficient systems and workflows for the new office
- Deliver outstanding patient care and create a welcoming environment
