About The Position

American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in the Reading, PA area. Requirements

• PA Registered Dental Assistant (required)
• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
• X-ray certification (required)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred but not a requirement)

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays
• Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
• Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation
• Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow
