About The Position
Foothill Dental is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join its dental team. The practice provides dental care using state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques. The role calls for a leader with strong chairside manner and interpersonal skills who helps ensure positive patient experiences. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Thursday, with compensation starting at $25 per hour based on experience.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CEREC is required.
- Experience with ordering, inventory, and back-office workflow.
- Strong chairside manner and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Five or more years of hands-on lead dental assisting experience is preferred.
- Experience with implants is preferred.
- Experience with aesthetic dentistry is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support back-office workflow.
- Handle ordering and inventory.
- Provide chairside assistance and contribute to positive patient experiences.
