About The Position

Nuvia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Assistant in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Lead Dental Assistant ensures that Assistants within the center are trained and compliant with the 24Z workflow, helping maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. The position is paid $29–$31 per hour. The role oversees clinical workflows, training, supply management, daily operational tasks, and communication with Central Operations, individual teams, and the Regional Lead. Success is measured by restoration, delivery, and reline outcomes, as well as fostering a professional environment that puts patients first.

Requirements

Deep understanding of the 24Z process and each appointment within it (N1–N8).
Ability to solve problems, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Ability to build strong relationships with providers and clinical and administrative staff.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor the clinical 24Z workflow.
Train Assistants on the 24Z workflow, patient communications, sterilization, and equipment care and maintenance.
Attend quarterly lead assistant trainings.
Implement proper ordering and supply management protocols.
Ensure End of Day (EOD) tasks are completed and submitted daily.
Communicate with Central Operations and individual teams.
Meet weekly with the Regional Lead to share a report summary of 24Z deliveries.
Contact the Regional Lead for clinical support as needed.
Ensure the assistant block schedule is properly utilized in the back office.
Achieve 95% full-mouth 24Z restorations.
Maintain a 95% delivery success rate.
Attain a 95% reline success rate.
Ensure an overall delivery success rate of 98%.
Foster a professional work environment that prioritizes patients first.
