About The Position

The Lead Deck SME serves as the senior advisor for deck seamanship operations, maintenance, and readiness assessments aboard Navy ships and military auxiliaries. Sayres Defense supports critical U.S. Navy shipbuilding and maritime programs, delivering acquisition, engineering, logistics, and waterfront expertise that strengthens fleet readiness and lifecycle sustainment.
